I sewed a 5ft x 3ft quilt using scrap fabrics. This quilt was made for a family member whose mom had made me a quilt when I was a baby.
I also made a small book that fit into a pocket in the quilt to illustrate the story of the quilt. This project aimed to consider intergenerational memory, conceptualize fabric traditions, and refine my sewing practice.
